Kirti Foods Pvt. Ltd. is one of the oldest and pioneer names in list of dry vegetables manufacturing company, Kirti Foods Pvt. Ltd. is established in 1993 in mahuva (Gujarat) in India. Mahuva is a place richly blessed with a climatic environment that favours the growth of white onions making it the second largest producer of onions. This company is spread in 8000sq. meter which placed is located in free from pollution and has natural done by dry atmosphere which is suitable for dehydration. Kirti Foods Pvt. Ltd., is one of the progressive name in manufacturing of best quality dehydrated onion and garlic with seasonal crop.

Kirti Foods Pvt. Ltd. is one of the largest manufacturer and exporter of dehydrated vegetables and spices in India. We handle a wide range of vegetables and spices and have rich experience of production and export of them.

We are committed to produce the quality dehydrated products and for that we have setup latest technology machinery like auto color sorter, metal detection & aspirator to clean dehydrated products from discolor particle, metallic impurities & unwonted skins.

To maintain quality throughout production process we continues inspection & lab testing facilities in which we can conduct microbiology tests like Standard Plate Count, Yeast & Mould, Coli form, E-coli, Salmonella. Physical tests like Moisture, Sensory/Color, Sieve Analysis.

Our trained storekeeper and supervisor look after this, for better shelf life and good appearance of products. For faster product identification and tractability, we keep all products on pallets which are tagged with complete details of product.


||| Warehousing & Storage

We are one of the few Manufacturer and exporters in India who has our own, warehouse's (separate for raw material and finished goods), processing units, laboratories in house. HACCP and GHP / GMP are followed.

Massive storage facility allows a large quantity of raw onions to be stored for later processing. White, Red, Pink and Yellow onions are processed under rigorously controlled hygienic conditions and in specially designated processing areas so that the flavour and aroma remain natural.

In addition we have a huge warehouse for storage of Final Processed Dehydrated White Onion Products at our Factory Premises. Environmental control of temperature, humidity and pests are done to minimize any changes in food quality during storage.

The onion season lasts from January to August, but our huge Cold Storage Facility gives us an edge over the others to be flexible and provide our customers with the deliveries of our Dehydrated White Onion Products all round the year according to their requirements.


||| Raw Material Sourcing

We have wide network of reliable and committed suppliers (Traders, Co-operative Societies) who have reach up to farm level across India. We make sure that the produce is from the best available and matured crops only. Every produce gets tested in the lab soon after arrival in our warehouse as per our defined criteria for acceptance.

We are very conscious about the way produces have been packed and loaded to reach us for maintaining the sanitation and safety of the produce.
